Do not use the WP-Cache plugin. Instead look at using http://ocaoimh.ie/wp-super-cache/
Do not use the magazine basic" theme
WordPress Usage & Modules: We do not allow any WordPress caching modules since they continually cause server overload problems and are only allowed on VPS or dedicated hosting.
The super-cache or wp-cache plugins are highly recommended plugins.
Tips: Deactivate WordPress plug-ins you don’t use, don’t need or don’t want. Then remove them from the plug-ins folder.
Plugins are the cause of many server overloading problems.
