Box Trapper Disabled

We have decided to disable Box Trapper as we have discovered an issue when processing emails for a server listed in an RBL (Real Time Blocking List) as Box Trapper is unable to detect a failure of an address or verify the from address and continues bouncing mail in a loop pattern. This is the nature of the Box Trapper system and we cannot risk our servers being blacklisted because spammers exploit that system to their advantage. We may revisit Box Trapper at some time in the future if cpanel systems changes the way it functions.
